About Me
Hi! I’m Quinn, a certified personal, group, and nutrition coach. I’ve been training clients for the past couple of years, but my journey started way earlier- as a college soccer player at USF and High Point. Sports have always been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. From early mornings on the fields to intense training sessions, I’ve learned what it takes to show up with discipline, resilience, and heart. Playing d1 soccer wasn’t just about performance- it taught me how to push through plateaus, recover smart, train with purpose, and stay consistent even when motivation isn’t there. Throughout my college career, I batted injury after injury. I broke my left ankle twice, had more ankle sprains than I could count. I spent seasons sidelined, working through rehab, and constantly fighting to come back stronger. Those setbacks made me who I am today. I learned that training isn’t just about pushing your body harder- it’s about listening to your body, working smarter, and building a foundation that lasts. Thats what I bring into my coaching now. After my college career, I transitioned into the world of fitness and coaching- because I knew I wanted to help others build confidence through movement the same way I had. Over the past couple years, I’ve worked every day with different people, athletes, and those just starting their fitness journey. No matter who you are, or where you’re starting, I’ll meet you there. Fitness has always been a part of my life, but my coaching isn’t just about how you look, it’s about feeling strong, confident, and in control. I’ve helped my clients all over the country build sustainable routines that actually fit their lives. I focus on using the newest scientific evidence to build a strength and conditioning program customized for each client. Being a college athlete I know how hard it is to balance fitness with your everyday lives. My goal as your coach isn’t to make working out feel like another thing on your to do list but instead something you look forward to during the day.

You'll receive custom training plans that evolve weekly to keep you challenged and progressing, along with a flexible nutrition plan tailored to your likes, dislikes, and lifestyle—including room for the occasional indulgence. We provide weekly check-ins to keep you accountable, ongoing text support whenever you need guidance, detailed progress tracking, and mindset coaching to help you stay focused and motivated every step of the way.
